Your teacher counts speaking minutes each class and logs them. After eight weeks, a teacher who did not teach you re-scores your CEFR level.

Class structure
Every live class runs on the same clock. You always know which minute you are in and what is expected of you in it.
Six questions taken from last week's ledger, answered out loud before anything new is introduced.
One target structure, heard once at natural speed, then rebuilt in your own sentences with the teacher.
Pairs work a task together while the teacher rotates and counts speaking minutes into the ledger.
Errors go on the board, then attendance and the speaking figure for the week are closed.
Weekly rhythm
Pairs stay together for four weeks, so nobody renegotiates roles each time. Sessions are recorded, kept for 30 days, and the teacher reviews ten minutes of each.
Progress ledger
Every learner file holds three records from the first class: attendance, teacher-counted speaking minutes, and a CEFR re-score at week eight by a teacher who did not run that group.

Learner report
I asked for speaking practice, not grammar slides. The teacher counted my minutes in the ledger and corrected the same three habits every week. By week fourteen my re-score moved from B1 to B2, and I could hear it in the class recordings.
