Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope and provider

This policy covers paid online English courses and subscriptions sold on nexusimlink.com by PE nexusimlink.com, Horizon Business Center, 14 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine (EDRPOU 67262286), under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.

2. Cancelling a subscription

• Cancel any time in your account or by email to contact@nexusimlink.com.
• Future charges stop; access continues until the paid period ends.
• We confirm each cancellation by email within one business day.

3. Refund eligibility

• First payment: full refund if requested within 14 days and under 30% of materials have been accessed.
• Renewals: refundable if requested before the next billing date and unused.
• No refund after a completion certificate is issued or a period is fully used.
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; third-party fees are non-refundable where the law allows.

4. Trial and mandatory fees

The 7-day free trial is available once per customer and converts into a paid subscription at the checkout price unless cancelled before it ends; we email a reminder 48 hours before the first charge. Taxes are included and any mandatory payment fees are shown before you confirm the order.

5. Requesting a refund

Email contact@nexusimlink.com with your name, order number and reason. We reply within 3 business days and decide within 14 calendar days.

6. Complaints and redress

Written complaints: contact@nexusimlink.com. Your rights are protected by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII; you may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or apply to court. Requests are handled under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3995-IX.
