- Assessment forms: name, email, phone, level and learning goals.
- Contact forms: name, email, phone and your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookie identifiers.
3. Why we process it
We process data to answer enquiries, prepare assessments, deliver paid services, keep accounting records and prevent fraud. Lawful bases are your consent, performance of a contract and our legal duties under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3995-IX.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for 12 months, assessment records for 24 months, and contract and accounting records for 3 years. Cookie lifetimes are described in our Cookie Notice.
5. Sharing
We share data only with hosting, email and payment providers acting on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Write to contact@nexusimlink.com. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
