Terms of Service

These terms govern nexusimlink.com and online English course enrolment. By ordering, you accept them.

1. Provider

2. Service, enrolment and pricing

We provide online English courses. Course details are shown before order; access is confirmed after acceptance. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at checkout. Single tax payer; VAT not added unless stated. No enrolment fee applies. Courses are not state-recognised or accredited unless expressly stated. Education: Закон України «Про освіту» № 2145-VIII. Contract, payment, delivery and return details are provided before order under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before access for a refund of amounts paid. After access, cancellation stops future charges; unused periods are refunded only where required by law or expressly stated. Email contact@nexusimlink.com to cancel.

4. Acceptable use

Do not share access, copy or resell materials, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or misuse others’ data. We may suspend access for material breach.

5. Complaints and redress

Send complaints to contact@nexusimlink.com or +380 661 656 6691; we aim to respond within 10 business days. Consumer rights: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. You may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection where applicable.

6. Privacy, cookies and advertising

We process names, emails and phone numbers to provide courses and support, with consent or another lawful basis. You may request access, correction or deletion.
